Fawning is the Fourth F in the stress response cycle. It is often not recognized as such due to how it is reinforced at home, in community, and at work. The Fawned response may look like being responsive to the needs of others at your expense, people pleasing, or being a fixer or problem solver for others. If you find yourself being the giver, healer, helper, but not addressing your needs repeatedly; you may being having a fawned response. This group will consist of reading and discussing the text during the session. This group meets bi-weekly in a series of 6 sessions that will be recurring.
